Everything you need to know before your visit.

Not at all! The majority of our riders are complete beginners. Our certified guides will give you a thorough safety briefing and a short training session before your ride begins. You'll feel comfortable and confident within minutes.

Absolutely! Our Kids Pony Experience is designed specifically for children aged 3-10. We use gentle, specially-trained ponies and our handlers walk alongside every child throughout the entire experience. Safety helmets are mandatory and provided for all riders.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing - avoid loose trousers that can bunch up. Closed-toe shoes or ankle boots are required (no sandals or flip flops). We recommend long trousers for comfort. Safety helmets are provided free of charge. Bring sunscreen and a water bottle!

Use our online booking system on this page - select your package, preferred date and time, then pay via M-Pesa or card. You'll receive a confirmation via SMS and email immediately. You can also WhatsApp us on 0721 421 728 or call us directly. We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance, especially for weekends.

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your ride. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. In case of bad weather that makes riding unsafe, we'll offer a full reschedule or refund at no charge.

Yes! Gift vouchers are available for all our packages. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day and corporate gifting. Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to order a custom gift voucher.
